Kohler came on to record the final out to pick up the save in a 13-12 win over Oregon Tech and returned to pitch a complete game in the nightcap of a twinbill in Klamath Falls. The two CU wins wound up clinching a playoff spot for the Cavaliers in the NAIA West Region Tournament.

Kohler allowed just one run while scattering eight hits in a nine-inning performance. The senior struck out 10 batters and did not issue a walk in his fifth complete game of the season.
