Oregon Tech’s Kassi Conditt has been named the Red Lion Women’s Basketball Player of the week.
Conditt, a senior from La Pine, Ore., recorded a pair of double-doubles, including a career-high 22 rebounds on Friday, as the Owls went 2-0 to win the William Jessup University Invitational Tournament Championship. Conditt's 22 rebounds is second-best in Oregon Tech school-history and is the first-ever 20/20 game at Tech. Conditt followed up her record night with a double-double 15 points and 13 rebounds to upset NAIA No. 10 The Master's College in what proved to be the tournament's championship game, as the Owls were the only team to go 2-0 in tournament play. Conditt would add 8 blocks and three steals as she averaged 17.5 points and 17.5 rebounds on the week.
