Northwest Christian’s Alyssa Harmon has been named the Red Lion Women’s Cross Country Runner of the week.
 
Harmon, a sophomore from Otis Orchards, Wash., led the No. 4 ranked Northwest Christian University women's cross country team to a second place finish at the prestigious Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational
 
Harmon’s time of time of 18:05 was the fastest by a Beacon this season and the tenth-fastest in school history earning her a 7th place overall finish in a field of 160 runners.
