The Lady Yotes (2-1) had a pair of scoring chances from Jessica Ayala in the next 20 minutes - including a driving blast from just outside the 18 in the 17th minute, but Nicoline Jorgensen recording two of her three saves on the afternoon.

In the 32nd minute, Nicassio took a feed from Kimberly Allard and blasted a one-timer into the left corner of the net. Three minutes later, Nicassio headed home a cross from da Silva to push the margin to 3-0. For most of the second half, the match was played between the 18-yard lines, with Lindsey Vesling chesting home a goal off a scramble from a corner kick in the 59th minute.
