KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – After College of Idaho won their second straight elimination game on Friday afternoon but the Concordia Cavaliers didn’t let the Yotes make it three in a row as the Cavs used a 7-2 victory to win the 2014 Cascade Conference Softball Championship presented by U.S. Bank and clinch their ticket to the NAIA Opening Round.

Game Five – College of Idaho 3, Oregon Tech 1 - Box Score

Alexis Macias hit a two-run home run in the first inning and College of Idaho ace Nickayla Skinner held Oregon Tech to just one run on six hits with seven strikeouts in 7.0 innings to lead the Yotes to the championship game with a 3-1 win over the Hustlin’ Owls.  OIT managed a run in the bottom of the third but C of I picked up an insurance run in the top of the sixth to ward off elimination and survive to play Concordia for the tournament title.

Game Six – Concordia 7, College of Idaho 2 - Box Score
