CALDWELL, Idaho – Three College of Idaho players scored in double figures, with the Lady Yotes forcing 27 Warner Pacific turnovers in a 68-60 victory inside the J.A. Albertson Activities Center.

C of I (6-8, 6-2 CCC) extended their win streak to five in a row with the home victory – their longest win streak since the 2012-13 season.

The Knights (3-15, 1-7), who suited just seven players for the contest, took a 37-36 third quarter lead on a Michaela Pin 3-pointer – one of eight triples on the night for the visitors. The Yotes responded in a hurry, as Alyssa Case and Jaycin Tini each hit triples to give the Yotes the lead – the start of a game-changing 18-6 run that gave C of I the lead for good.

Petra Lumpert scored a game-high 24 points with five steals in the win for the Lady Yotes, with Madison Pilster recording her second-straight double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds, while Tini scored 13 points and six rebounds.  C of I won despite being held to just 36-percent shooting for the night and committing 21 turnovers.

Mady Hanna led WPC with 16 points and Pin scored 14 points – two of four players in double-figures.

The Lady Yotes hit the road for their next four games – beginning next Saturday afternoon at Oregon Tech, with tip-off from Klamath Falls set for 1 p.m. (PT)

  • Lumpert recorded her seventh game with 20-or-more points this season and her third in a row
  • Both Tini and Pilster extended long strings of double-digit scoring games – Tini recording her eighth in a row and Pilster her ninth
  • C of I had 18 steals in the victory – their third-straight game with 10-or-more steals
  • It was the third-straight game C of I has held their opponent under 39-percent shooting from the floor
