CORVALLIS, Ore. – Six Cascade Collegiate Conference volleyball matches played out Saturday as the race for the regular-season title ramps up.

College of Idaho (10-13, 7-8 CCC) def. Lewis-Clark State College (CCC), 3-2
College of Idaho rallied for a five-set victory over Lewis-Clark State College (18-25, 25-19, 19-25, 25-21, 15-11). Jade Warren had nine kills and a career-high 10 blocks – including huge plays in the final two sets – to lift the Coyotes to victory. Sidney Frith had a season-high 41 assists and 12 digs. Cassidy Nelson led the match with 22 kills on a .366 attack percentage for the Warriors. Jada Wyms posted six blocks at the net for LC State.

No. 5 Corban University (21-1, 15-1 CCC) def. Warner Pacific University (1-17, 1-14 CCC), 3-0
No. 5-ranked Corban University earned another straight-set victory with a 3-0 (25-12, 25-14, 25-12) defeat over Warner Pacific University. Corban set the tone early, scoring nine of the match's first 10 points to take a commanding early advantage in set one and never looked back. Rylee Troutman finished with a game-high 11 kills on an impressive .412 hitting percentage, while Avari Ridgway (.583 attack percentage) and Ainslie Ridgway (.467 attack percentage) each ended the night with eight kills. WPU’s Grace Buchanan added nine more kills to her conference leading kills category, now averaging 4.42 kills per set on the season.

RV Bushnell University (17-3, 13-3 CCC) def. Multnomah University (3-13, 2-13 CCC), 3-0
Bushnell University completed a 3-0 week with a three-set seep over Multnomah University (25-20, 25-14, 25-14). The Beacons out-blocked the Lions 5-1 and had a 47-25 advantage in kills. Shay Coons led all players with 15 kills in the match and hit .351. Cambria Lingenfelder and Payton Jones each had two blocks for the Beacons. Rachel Bailey collected 16 assists and 10 digs for the Lions, while Jocelynn Porter had a team-high eight kills.

Northwest University (10-11, 9-7 CCC) def. Southern Oregon University (11-10, 6-10 CCC), 3-2
Northwest University rallied from a set down to take a thrilling 3-2 win over Southern Oregon University (28-26, 23-25, 20-25, 25-18, 16-14). Susanna Bailey, Abigail Broussard, and Megan Horne combined for 64 kills and a .359 attack percentage for the match. Bailey unofficially tied the single-match record at NU with 24 kills. The loss spoiled Simone Gordon's 14-kill output for the Raiders and Hailey Van Well's 12 kills on a .357 attacking average.

No. 13 Eastern Oregon University (18-5, 13-2 CCC) def. Walla Walla University (0-16, 0-15 CCC), 3-0
No. 13 Eastern Oregon University picked up its 13th sweep of the season with a 3-0 victory on the road at Walla Walla University (25-11, 25-14, 25-14). EOU’s Jet Taylor hit .357 in the win and led all players with nine kills. Sade Williams tallied six kills and hit a staggering .857 in the Mountain win. WWU’s Gabrielle Browning paced the offense with seven kills and had eight digs.

Oregon Tech (17-4, 13-3 CCC) def. The Evergreen State College (8-9, 8-8 CCC), 3-0
Oregon Tech won its eighth match in a row with a three-set victory over The Evergreen State College (25-18, 25-21, 25-23). Nicole Reyes (11) and Kaylin Talonen (10) led the Owls in kills, with Reyes adding 11 digs for the double-double. The Geoducks were led by Zoe Shaw, who had nine kills and nine digs, while Sierra Wolff added 22 assists for the match.
