CORVALLIS, Ore. – The 2022 Cascade Collegiate Conference softball season continued Saturday. Teams compete in a four-game series, with only the first three counting toward the conference record.

Game 1: UP won 10-7 – After the game was halted yesterday, the Argos held onto their lead as Taylor Mathews, McKenzie Staats, and Sirena Rosalez each had three hits in the win.
Game 2: UP won 9-4 – Mathews and Staats once again had a three-hit game for the Argos.

No. 10 Southern Oregon University at No. 7 College of Idaho
Game 1: SOU won 8-3 – Cayla Williams and Ashton Cathey both were perfect (3-for-3) at the plate for the Raiders.
Game 2: SOU won 11-1 (5 innings) – Phelicity Fa’Aita tossed six strikeouts and held the Coyotes to one run to pick up the win for the Raiders.

Game 1: Bushnell won 7-3 – Krystal Akagi was a perfect 4-for-4 with one run and two RBIs for the Beacons.
Game 2: Northwest won 8-3 – The Eagles took advantage of five Beacon errors in the victory.

No. 3 Oregon Tech at (RV) Eastern Oregon University
Game 1: EOU won 7-3 – Shelby Starr was a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs for the Mounties.
Game 2: OIT won 9-6 (8 innings) – Kennedy Jantzi proved to be the difference-maker after she drilled a three-run home run in the top of the eighth as the Owls picked up the win.
