2025-26 NAIA Women’s Basketball Top 25 Poll – Preseason

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Cascade Collegiate Conference saw three teams ranked and one received votes in the 2025-26 NAIA Women’s Basketball Coaches’ Top 25 Preseason Poll, released Wednesday by the national office.
 
Lewis-Clark State College ranked No. 7, with 411 points. LC State finished its 2025 campaign in the second round and returns three key players, Darian Herring, who set the program’s single-season blocks record, along with Payton Hymas and Sitara Byrd. The Warriors also added two newcomers in freshman Madalyn Green and junior transfer Ellee Brockman. LC State will tip off a new season this weekend, hosting Dickinson State (N.D.).
 
Oregon Tech earned the No. 14 spot with 281 points. The Owls will take the court on Nov. 6 at the Raider Classic.
Southern Oregon University followed right behind at No. 15 with 279 points. The Raiders will begin its preseason on Oct. 31 in Montana at the Peggy Sarsfield Tournament. 
 
College of Idaho received votes.
