CORVALLIS, Ore. – Due to some weather issues, two Cascade Collegiate Conference women’s basketball games tipped off Sunday.

Southern Oregon University (13-2, 6-1 CCC) def. Northwest University (10-4, 4-3 CCC), 72-54
Southern Oregon University took the top spot in the CCC standings with a solid defensive 72-54 victory over Northwest University. The Raiders, who are forcing the eighth-most turnovers in the NAIA this season, caused the Eagles to cough up 34 and held a 33-11 advantage in points off turnovers. Dominique Harding tallied 13 points and a team-high six steals for the Raiders. Grace Meza scored a team-high 16 points for the Eagles.

Oregon Tech (10-4, 3-4 CCC) def. The Evergreen State College (4-7, 2-5 CCC), 68-47
Oregon Tech jumped out to a big lead and cruised to a 68-47 victory over The Evergreen State College. Maddyson Tull led the Owls with 12 points on 6-of-11 shooting with six rebounds, while Shelby Blodgett snatched 10 boards. The Geoducks, who were limited to just six players, were paced by a game-high 26-point effort from Sha'nece Garret.
