CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Cascade Collegiate Conference saw some close battles in Saturday’s contests.

Corban University (16-10, 11-7 CCC) def. Oregon Tech (18-7, 15-2 CCC), 75-64
Corban University held Oregon Tech to its second-lowest amount of points in conference action with a 75-64 victory. For Corban, Kendall Moore led all scorers with 21 points, while Taylor Anderson (17), Mateo Escheik (11), and Jordan Newt (10) joined him in the double-digit scoring category. Kellen Gerig was the lone Owl in double digit figures with 19 points.

Multnomah University (12-14, 8-10 CCC) def. The Evergreen State College (3-19, 3-15 CCC), 87-78
An 18-point halftime lead proved to be enough to carry Multnomah University to victory over The Evergreen State College. Terin Johnson and Tyrese Taylor each posted double-doubles for the Lions with Johnson grabbing 25 points and 15 rebounds while Taylor added 22 points and 14 boards. Austin Curry led the Geoducks with 23 points.

Lewis-Clark State College (16-9, 9-8 CCC) def. Eastern Oregon University (14-12, 8-10 CCC), 65-55
Lewis-Clark State College snapped a four-game losing streak with a 65-55 victory over Eastern Oregon University. Khalil Stevenson led the Warriors with 17 points and Brennen Newsom added seven rebounds to spark the Warrior offense throughout the game. For the Mounties, Xavier Lovelace posted 16 points.

Warner Pacific University (14-12, 10-8 CCC) def. Northwest University (10-13, 7-11 CCC), 89-86
It came down to the wire, but Warner Pacific University grabbed its fifth-straight win with an 89-86 victory over Northwest University. Thomas Miles scored 17 points off the bench to lead the Knights, while Tyrese Yussuf-Willis finished the game with 16 points and was a perfect 10-for-10 at the charity stripe. Tanner Davis led the Eagles with 23 points on 11-13 shooting.

Southern Oregon University (14-11, 11-6 CCC) def. Bushnell University (8-17, 6-12 CCC), 70-68
After trailing by eight at the break, Southern Oregon University battled back to grab a 70-68 victory over Bushnell University. K’wan Carter scored the game-winning bucket with two seconds left on the clock, finishing with 15 points. Atmar Mundu led the Raiders with 19 points, while Josh Meyer had a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds. Stevie Schlabach led the Beacons with 18 points.

No. 10 College of Idaho def. Walla Walla University, 80-58
No. 10-ranked College of Idaho picked up its fourth-straight win with an 80-58 victory over Walla Walla University to move into first place in the CCC standings. Drew Wyman and Ricardo Time shared the leading scorer duties with 14 points apiece for the Coyotes. KiAndre Gaddy had a monstrous night, posting 28 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Wolves.
