The last time the CCC Track and Field Championships took place, the College of Idaho and Eastern Oregon University men shared the title, while the Coyote women won it outright.

The top-three placers in each event will earn All-Conference accolades, with two men and two women winning Athlete of the Meet honors following the conclusion of the event.

Action begins Friday with the men’s and women’s hammer throw starting at 12:00 p.m. Pacific. The first race to hit the rubber will be the men’s and women’s 5K racewalk, which is only for qualifying for the NAIA Championship – it won’t count toward CCC team scores. The first CCC championship track event will be the women’s steeplechase at 4:30 p.m.

The two-day event concludes Saturday with multiple field events beginning at 11:00 a.m. The women’s 100-meter dash finals kick off at 2:00 p.m. on the track. The last event of the meet will be the men’s 4x400 relay, set to begin at 4:25 p.m. Awards will then be handed out around 4:45 p.m.
