Warner Pacific University started the new year with a 71-56 victory over Lewis-Clark State College after holding the Warriors to their lowest field-goal percentage of the season (28.8%). Thomas Miles led the Knights with 18 points, while Dakota Reber posted a double-double with 13 points and 14 rebounds. Davian Brown led the Warriors with 16 points.

With his team trailing by four, Trevon Richmond hit a three-pointer with 42 seconds left and a pull-up jumper with five seconds to spare, finishing with 16 points for the Beacons. Atmar Mundu led the Raiders with 14 points on 6-of-12 shooting.
