CORVALLIS, Ore. – The 2023-24 Cascade Collegiate Conference Women’s Wrestling season is underway. The conference championship is set to be hosted by Menlo College on February 25th in Atherton, California.
Last week, the NAIA released the Second
Coaches’ Top 25 Rating of the season. The CCC saw six of its eight teams represented with four being ranked and two received votes. Menlo led all teams at No. 3 while University of Providence and Southern Oregon University followed right behind. Next Friday, one more poll will be released before the new year.
So far this year, Providence took the last two CCC Rize Laboratory Women’s Wrestler of the Week awards. Vanguard University, Eastern Oregon University, and Southern Oregon have all attained an honoree as well.
