KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The NAIA is pleased to announce the outdoor track and field multi-event qualifiers for the 2023 championship in Marion, Indiana.
The Cascade Collegiate Conference sees six athletes competing in the Championship.
The current decathlon record holder is Kale Wolken of Doane (Neb.) in 2016 with a score of 7,830.
The 2021 & 2022 winner was Lee Walburn of Carrol (Mont.) with final scores of 7,095 and 7,225 respectively.
The NAIA Men’s Outdoor Track & Field Championship hosted by Indiana Wesleyan will take place at the Wildcat Stadium on the campus of Indiana Wesleyan in Marion, Ind. May 24-26.
The final qualifiers for the event will be announced on Friday, May 19 at 10:00 a.m. central time on naia.org.
