RESULTS] The final day of the 2023 NAIA Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championship saw British Columbia crowned the champion. The Thunderbirds are taking home the red banner.
The Cascade Collegiate Conference had three individuals claim National Champion status-

TEAM RESULTS] UBC finished on top to take home the red banner with a team score of 104. College of Idaho was next T-8th with a team score of 32. Eastern Oregon followed T-11th with a team score of 22. Lewis-Clark held on T-18 with a team score of 14. Oregon Tech settled T-28th place with a team score of 10. Southern Oregon is T-37th with team scores of eight and Multnomah is T-54th with a team score of two to round out the CCC.

- Princess Kara of Indiana Wesleyan won her first discus title with a mark of 52.77m and the second discus title for IWU.
- Jennah Carpenter of Lewis-Clark State (Idaho) won her first high jump title with a mark of 1.74m after jumping from a 6th-place finish in 2022. Carpenter added .04 to her mark for the 2023 win.
- Sage Martin of College of Idaho won her first title in the 3,000m steeplechase and second title for her school in the event.
- William Carey (Miss.) reclaimed its 4x100m relay with a time of 45.07 after winning the event for the first time in 2021
- Addy Wiley of Huntington (Ind.) won her first 1,500m title with a time of 4:14.56 as a freshman. Wiley and runner-up Holly MacGillivray of British Columbia topped the defending champion in the event Sydney Little Light from Rocky Mountain (Mont.).
- Wiley also topped the field in the 800m with a time of 2:04.29 and beat the defending champion by a margin of 3.96.
- Salieci Myles of William Carey (Miss.) claimed the 100m hurdles title with a time of 13.28 to tie the record time.
- Hannah Antkoviak of Olivet Nazarene (Ill.) beat out the defending champion in the 400m hurdles with a time of 56.71, just 2.41 seconds difference.
- Praise Idamadud of Cumberland (Tenn.) defended her title in the 400m with a time of 53.28.
- Praise Idamadudu of Cumberland (Tenn.) won her first title in the 200m with a time of 23.60.
- Katie Newlove of British Columbia won her first title in the 5,000m with a time of 16:57.35.
- Indiana Tech defended its 4x400m relay title with a time of 3:43.01.
- British Columbia maintained its lead and posted 104 points to win the red banner. This title is the third outdoor track & field title that the Thunderbirds have won.
- William Carey (Miss.) finished runner-up with a total of 71 points.
