CORVALLIS, Ore. – University of British Columbia has been selected as the preseason favorite for the 2026 CCC Baseball Preseason Poll, released on Thursday by the conference office.
The Thunderbirds earned five first-place votes and 60 total points to take the top spot. UBC captured the 2025 CCC regular-season championship and advanced to the final site of the NAIA Avista World Series.
Lewis-Clark State College followed closely in second with three first-place votes and 59 points after winning the CCC Tournament Championship last season.
Bushnell University placed third in the preseason poll with 45 points, while Oregon Tech was fourth with 43. College of Idaho checked in fifth with 30 points, followed by Eastern Oregon University with 22 points. Warner Pacific University and Corban University rounded out the poll with 15 and 14 points, respectively.
