(RV) Southern Oregon University def. No. 18-ranked Corban University, 57-50
Southern Oregon defeated Corban 57-50. The Raiders held the Warriors below 50 percent shooting in all categories, forced 22 turnovers, and recorded 16 steals. Bridgette McIntyre led SOU with 18 points. Corban controlled the glass with a 44-29 rebounding advantage, paced by Emilia Bishop with 13.
College of Idaho def. The Evergreen State College, 96-50
College of Idaho earned a 96-50 victory over Evergreen State. The Yotes went 9-for-11 at the free throw line, scored 42 points in the paint, and recorded 50 rebounds. They also capitalized on pressure defense, scoring 27 points off 18 turnovers. Five Yotes scored in double figures, led by Brooke Beresford’s 19 points. Maiya Hardy added a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds. Evergreen State was paced by Jenna Glenzel with 19 points.
(RV) Eastern Oregon University def. Northwest University, 83-71
Eastern Oregon outscored Northwest 83-71. EOU shot 49.3 percent from the field, added 58 points in the paint and 41 rebounds. They also capitalized on pressure defense, scoring 21 points off 20 turnovers. Kelsie Siegner led the Mounties all around with 16 points and nine rebounds. The Eagles were paced by 16 points from Kaleah Medeiros.
No. 20-ranked Oregon Tech def. Bushnell University, 71-45
Oregon Tech earned a 71-45 win over Bushnell. OIT recorded a 44.1 field goal percentage and 53 rebounds on top of 11 steals and seven blocks. The Owls were led all around by a double-double of 17 points and 10 rebounds from Tatum Schmerbach. The Beacons were paced by 17 points from Ayden Krupke.
