RESULTS] - The first day of the 2025 U.S. Marines NAIA Men's Indoor Track and Field Championship opened with the multi events and finished with two national champions at the Alachua County Sports and Events Center.
Highlights:
- Tyler Jones and Justin Krabbenhoft of Eastern Oregon University are in strong contention after day one of the heptathlon. Jones sits in third place with 2,998 points, while Krabbenhoft is close behind in fourth with 2,931 points.
- Tyler Jones of Eastern Oregon University earned eighth-place finish in the high jump to secure All-American honors with a 2.03m mark.
- Justin Ash of Eastern Oregon University advanced to the 5,000-meter final after a stellar performance in the prelims, finishing second with a time of 14:43.28.
- College of Idaho’s distance medley relay team (Oclan Ryan, Trevor Treat, Madden Ryan, and Daniel Butler) qualified for the finals with a time of 10:00.02.
