MARION, Ind. –
[RESULTS] The first day of the 2025 NAIA Men's Outdoor Track and Field Championship saw three individual champions crowned.
In the team standings, University of British Columbia is on top with 20 points. College of Idaho is tied for second with 10 points.
After the first day of the decathlon, Justin Krabbenhoft the Eastern Oregon University senior, sits in second place with 3786 points. Krabbenhoft excelled in the long jump, achieving the best mark of 6.84m, and demonstrated consistent performance across other events, including a third-place finish in the 400m with a time of 49.79 seconds.
National Champion- Javelin: Theo Manuel from British Columbia emerged as the standout performer, securing the national title with a remarkable throw of 63.45 meters in his first attempt. Teammates Martynas Bajarunas (61.14m) and Kayden U-Ming (60.28m) finished in third and fifth, respectively.
All-Americans- 10,000-meter run: Hayden Bostrom (30:27.99) and Daniel Butler (30:29.15) of College of Idaho, followed by Jack Gladfelter (30:29.85) of Corban University, Frankie Maciel (30:36.52) of Southern Oregon University, along with Elias Everist (30:37.98) of College of Idaho claimed the four through eight spots, respectively.
The top eight finishers in each event are NAIA All-Americans.
The second day of the championship will open with the remainder of the decathlon events at 9 a.m. CT/10 a.m. ET and starting with the 110m hurdles.
