CORVALLIS, Ore. – In the latest edition of the CCC Podcast: Cascade Connects, Commissioner Rob Cashell talks with Lewis-Clark State College Athletic Director Jim Klemann as the Warriors prepare to host the 69th Annual Avista NAIA Baseball World Series in Lewiston, Idaho on May 22-30, 2026.
After capturing both the Cascade Conference regular season and tournament championships, Lewis-Clark State advanced through the NAIA Opening Round to earn a spot in the national championship field. The Warriors will represent the CCC as the conference’s lone remaining team while also carrying the responsibility of hosting the Avista NAIA World Series on their home field.
