Bushnell University def. Northwest University, 76-64
Bushnell defeated Northwest 76-64. Bushnell shot 46.7 percent from the field and 80 percent from the line while tallying 48 rebounds. The Beacons were led by double-doubles from Cory Johnson (24 points, 10 rebounds) and Kaleb Burnett (21 points, 16 rebounds). NU fought back defensively with eight steals and forced 16 turnovers. The Eagles were paced by Christian Watkins's 12 points.
The Evergreen State College def. Corban University, 104-96
Evergreen State came out with a 104-96 victory Corban in overtime. In a thrilling contest, the Geoducks and Warriors battled head-to-head; both teams scored 46 points each in the first half and then 43 points each in the second half, forcing OT. Both teams had four players score in double digits. Corban posted 29 assists and 52 points in the paint. Evergreen recorded a 53.6 shooting percentage. TESC was led by Tony Frohlich-Fair’s game-high double-double of 37 points and 12 rebounds. CU was paced by Tj Zimmermann with 28 points and Oreon Courtney’s triple-double of 16 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists.
Eastern Oregon University def. Warner Pacific University, 105-61
Eastern Oregon dominated Warner Pacific 105-61. The Mountaineers took control with every player scoring and shot 59.4 percent from the field and added 45 points off the bench with a 44-25 rebound advantage. EOU also had five players score double-digits, led by Trent Rogers with 24 points and James Bodily with 21 points. The Knights were paced by Terrin Dickey with 16 points.
No. 20-ranked Oregon Tech def. (RV) Lewis-Clark State College, 70-66
Oregon Tech outscored Lewis-Clark State College 70-66. In a tight battle OIT shot 45.7 percent and saw its largest lead of eight points in the second half. The Owls had four players score in double digits and were led all around by Jackson Cooper with 25 points and seven rebounds. The Warriors pivoted and had 40 points off the bench, added 38 rebounds, and were paced by Brandon Suber and Grayson Hunt, who recorded 17 points apiece.
Southern Oregon University def. Walla Walla University, 92-87
Southern Oregon earned a 92-72 victory over Walla Walla. SOU utilized their bench with 61 points to secure the win. The Raiders were led by Gio Evanson with 30 points and a near double-double from Elijah Jackson with 16 points and nine rebounds. The Wolves outscored in every shooting category, added 20 assists, and had five players score double digits, paced by Soren Dalan with 26 points.
