CCC Men’s Basketball Championship – Quarterfinals

CORVALLIS, Ore. – (Championship Page) Four teams remain standing after quarterfinal action at the 2025-26 Cascade Collegiate Conference Men’s Basketball Championship, presented by U.S. Bank. In a competitive regular season that ended with multiple ties in the standings, it was no surprise the postseason opened in chaotic fashion. Top seeded Lewis-Clark State was the only team to advance on its home floor as the remaining higher seeds fell, all scoring 70 points.

No. 1 seed Lewis-Clark State College def. No. 8 seed Northwest University, 83-52
Top seeded Lewis-Clark State opened strong and never looked back in an 83-52 win over Northwest. The Warriors built a 21-point halftime lead and shot 51.7 percent from the field, knocking down 12 three-pointers while dishing out 16 assists and outrebounding the Eagles 42-24. Five Warriors reached double figures, led by 16 points each from Dylan Skaife and Peyton Nordland. Dallon Morgan added a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds. Both teams recorded 30 points in the paint. Northwest paced by 11 points and five rebounds from Andrew Iyamah and finished the season at 12-17 overall.

No. 7 seed Corban University def. No. 2 seed Eastern Oregon University, 78-70
Corban pulled off the upset with a 78-70 win over Eastern Oregon. The Mounties led by three at halftime and held a 43-37 rebounding advantage, but Corban shot an efficient 51.9 percent from the field while limiting EOU to 39.2 percent. The Warriors tallied 14 assists, nine steals, and 40 points in the paint to secure the victory. Joe Gould led Corban with 22 points, five rebounds, four assists, three steals, and two blocks, while TJ Zimmermann added 16 points and eight rebounds. Eastern Oregon was paced by 20 points from James Bodily and concluded its conference postseason run at 21-8 overall.

No. 6 seed Bushnell University def. No. 3 seed Southern Oregon University, 71-70
Bushnell secured its first CCC Tournament win in 10 years with a dramatic 71-70 victory over Southern Oregon. Cory Johnson hit three free throws with one-tenth of a second remaining to seal the win. Johnson finished with game-highs of 25 points and eight assists, adding seven rebounds and two blocks. The Beacons overcame a four-point halftime deficit, shooting 46.7 percent from the field and 90 percent at the free-throw line while recording 19 assists. Both teams committed just seven turnovers, and SOU held a narrow 34-33 rebounding edge. Elijah Jackson paced the Raiders with 17 points, four assists, and two blocks as they end conference postseason at 17-12 overall.

No. 5 seed College of Idaho def. No. 4 seed Oregon Tech, 74-70
College of Idaho earned a 74-70 road victory over Oregon Tech in a tightly contested matchup. The Yotes took a five-point lead into halftime and shot 47.1 percent from the field, receiving 27 bench points in a balanced team effort. Dougie Peoples scored 17 points, including three clutch free throws in the final 32 seconds, while Utrillo Morris added 16 points and eight assists. OIT outrebounded C of I 34-27 and went 19-of-21 from the free-throw line, tying the game in the second half before falling short. Jared Sucher paced the Owls with a game high 20 points as they close CCC action at 19-10 overall.
